Do You Charge A Standard Hourly Fee Or A Flat Rate?
We offer flat rate fees for certain types of matters, such as residential real estate closings and will preparation. Other matters, such as litigation matters, are billed at our standard hourly rate in effect at the time of billing.
In order to properly serve our clients, we are required to charge clients for in-office consultations. The charge is in conformance with our standard hourly rate. Should you decide to retain our services, we may potentially offer a credit on your account in the amount of the consultation fee.
Payments can be made by cash, personal check, Chase QuickPay and major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
